Summary: Everything was exactly as described. The host did a great job communicating with us about a handyman coming to make some updates and pool service. I would rent this again for the entire season, but it is already taken for next winter.

Summary: We really enjoy the Deep Creek area , so house is perfect location. Quiet neighborhood with nice walking trail a block away . The house itself was wonderful , beautiful kitchen and master bath is so nice with a walk in shower. The pool also was very enjoyable . Definitely would recommend .

Summary: We needed transitional housing to work from when our new home was delayed for completion. The internet was able to accommodate 3 work stations without issue. The lanai was a dream. We spent every night out there including dinner. Joe was very accommodating and we could not have asked for a better host. We definitely recommend a stay in this very quiet hidden gem.

Summary: We rented this house for my mother-in-law and a friend that were visiting for our daughter's graduation. The house is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shopping. It is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The whole house has been updated, and furnishings and decorations are modern and comfortable. The pool was warm and clear throughout their one week stay and they especially enjoyed the covered/screened lanai. The owners were wonderful to work with. They answered my queries quickly and even gave me their cell phone numbers should we need anything. My mother-in-law and her friend were very happy with the accommodations and plan to stay there again when they return to visit next year. My husband and I will also recommend this house to other family and friends that come to visit.

Summary: The house is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and is very nicely updated except the second bathroom. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken upon our arrival and couldn’t be fixed while we stayed at the house. Therefore, we couldn’t use the pool properly. The owner offered us the opportunity to use a pool about 10min away, but we didn’t want to do that. In the end we received a partly refund for the inconvenience which we much appreciated. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant.

Summary: The property manager has thought through many details and the home has so many amenities. I stayed here for the long haul and was very comfortable during my stay. The house is a wonderful with a split bedroom plan for kids or another couple. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Close to shopping and other activities, I would definitely stay here again!
